Product Details
New System
The system pressure is upgraded from 16 MPa to 17.5 MPa, and the
hydraulic system flow is upgraded and upgraded with low inertia and
high response servo system. With the characteristics of large pipe
diameter, short pipe length, fast response, low noise and strong
power, the injection speed is fully improved.
Clamping unit
1. Optimized design of five-point elbow clamping structure, with good central clamping effect, large opening stroke, low contact stress of shaft pin, more suitable for deep cavity product forming. This machine has a shorter drying cycle.
2. Ultra-high rigidity square plate + tie bar structure design, in line with international mold design standards, improve mold adaptability, reduce the main stress, more uniform plate force, extend the life of the tie bar, and more effectively fit and protect the mold.
3. Optimized switch structure improves the service life of the machine and reduces the maintenance cost. The ejection part is equipped with forced retraction device as standard, with longer ejection stroke and freely adjustable ejection position.

operate and safer to use.
Injection device
1. The injection base is made of integral casting. New injection structure has lower oil return resistance. Standard configuration of bushing guide and electronic back pressure with closed-loop function reduces friction for smoother machine operation and improved repeatable injection accuracy of products.
2. Optimized screw and barrel design with standard plated and bimetallic screw and increased barrel wall thickness. The screw drive adopts spline connection, which makes the screw rotate with more even force. It improves the plasticizing ability and injection precision.
3. Non-welded pipe effectively avoids oil leakage; self-sealing suction filter is more convenient for maintenance, and high-precision bypass filter improves oil cleanliness.
4. Automatic thin oil lubrication system design ensures full
lubrication coverage and smoother. Built-in lubrication pump
design, saving rack space and improving transportation safety.
Electrical control system
1. New generation of servo power system is more energy-saving and environmental protection; increased power of oil pump motor drive system, shortening the product molding cycle and widening the molding process.
