Each module is produced to the same structural standard with matching corner fittings, so they can be craned into position and connected on site. Stacking and Linking

• Vertical stacking — modules are craned one on top of another and connected at the corner fittings. Two to three storeys are common; higher buildings need a structural design for the full load path.
• Horizontal linking — modules are joined side by side with a sealed joint detail, creating continuous internal spaces or separate rooms off a corridor.
• Hybrid layout — stacking plus linking produces L-shaped, U-shaped and courtyard arrangements used for accommodation villages.
• Service coordination — electrical, water and drainage runs are planned through the module system, not added afterwards.
