Common Faults
Problem 1: The accuracy of the tabletop deteriorates after using it
for a period of time
Reason: No stress relief and aging treatment was performed; Long term
overloading; Ground subsidence; Strike the tabletop vigorously.
Solution: Re CNC milling to repair flatness; Do not strike or cut directly
on the table.
Problem 2: Sliding thread and damaged hole of locking bolt
Reason: Excessive torque, violent tightening; There are welding slag and
iron filings in the hole that have not been cleaned.
Solution: Clean the iron filings in the hole before each installation; Lock
with a torque of 80-100N * m; Damaged holes can be repaired with
inserts.
Problem 3: Welding slag sticking to the tabletop
Solution: Nitriding layer can reduce adhesion, but it cannot completely
eliminate it; Do not use a hammer to strike the welding slag, as it
will damage the nitride layer; Use a copper shovel to clean.
Problem 4: Misalignment of the splicing table
Reason: No splicing positioning pin was used; There is no overall leveling
after splicing.
Question 5: Misunderstanding that D28 is suitable for very small
parts
The hole spacing of D28 welding table is 100mm, and the positioning
accuracy of small hole parts is not as good as D16 (50mm hole
spacing), so D16 welding table is preferred for small parts.
