Open Type Natural Gas Generator

This 1000kW (1250kVA) open-skid natural gas generator set (planta electrica a gas) is designed for large-scale continuous prime power and emergency backup power plant projects. Running on natural gas fuel, it features a heavy-duty gas-fired engine, high-efficiency 100% copper brushless alternator and open-frame structure. Compliant with ISO 8528 and relevant gas-generator standards, this unit delivers clean, low-emission power for industrial parks, large factories, biogas projects, municipal power stations and commercial complexes. ATS automatic transfer switch, parallel cabinet and silent canopy are available as optional upgrades.

• Heavy-Duty Industrial Gas-Fueled Engine: Four-stroke water-cooled turbocharged lean-burn gas engine, specially calibrated for natural gas. Stable combustion performance, low exhaust emission, good fuel-gas adaptability. Supports natural gas as main fuel; biogas/landfill gas optional upon modification. 24V DC electric starting system for reliable startup. Optimized for long-time continuous prime-power operation and intermittent backup duty. Gas pressure regulating valve and safety cut-off valve are standard fitted for gas supply safety.
• 3-Phase Full-Copper Brushless Alternator: Class H insulation grade, IP23 protection grade, built-in AVR automatic voltage regulator, low voltage waveform distortion. Standard 400/230V 3-phase 4-wire 50Hz output; 60Hz version is customizable. Provides stable high-quality electric power to protect production equipment, control systems and facility loads from voltage fluctuation damage.
• Open-Frame Skid-Mounted Structure: Robust open-skid design with excellent heat dissipation performance. Easy access for routine inspection, gas pipeline maintenance and component replacement. Heavy-duty channel-steel welded base with high-density rubber vibration isolators to reduce vibration transmission. Pre-reserved mounting holes for fixed installation inside power-plant machine room. Silent canopy, container housing can be selected for outdoor noise-sensitive sites.
• Intelligent Control & Multi-Safety Protection for Gas Unit: Dedicated gas-genset digital controller real-time monitors voltage, current, frequency, coolant temperature, lube oil pressure, engine speed, gas supply status and running hours. Complete protection functions: overspeed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, gas pressure abnormality, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short-circuit, with audible-visual alarm and automatic emergency shutdown including gas supply cut-off. Optional ATS automatic transfer switch realizes unattended backup power switching; multi-unit parallel cabinet supports large-scale planta electrica power-station group operation. Remote cloud monitoring is optional.
• Integrated Safety Gas Pipeline System: Factory-assembled gas pipeline assembly with filter, pressure regulator, safety solenoid cut-off valve. Strict leakage test before delivery to guarantee gas-using safety. Reserved interface for customer-side main gas pipeline connection.
