AUTOMATIC SHOE SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE

This semi‑auto slipper screen printing machine is widely applied for printing logos, patterns and graphics on slippers and various shoe‑making materials. It is an ideal printing equipment for small‑and‑medium footwear factories, featuring compact structure, easy operation and stable running performance.
The maximum printing area reaches 120180mm, and it supports a max screen frame size of 300mm500mm. Equipped with T‑slot worktable of 120mm*210mm, the table is convenient for fixture installation and workpiece positioning. The machine can handle printing substrates with thickness ranging from 1mm to 100mm, compatible with slipper EVA, rubber, PVC and other common shoe materials.
Its production capacity can reach 1000‑1200 pieces per hour under maximum printing speed. One workpiece is finished in each printing cycle, which guarantees clear printing effect and consistent pattern quality. Operators can quickly finish screen replacement and position adjustment, lowering the skill requirement for workers.
Working power supply is 220V 50Hz. It needs stable air source pressure between 0.5‑0.7MPa for pneumatic driving action. The whole machine adopts compact layout, overall dimension is 700380670mm, net weight is about 38KG. Small footprint makes it easy to place inside workshop, convenient for moving and installation without complicated foundation construction.
High‑quality mechanical components ensure long‑term continuous working. T‑slot worktable helps accurate fixing of products, effectively avoiding offset during printing.
