Magnet rotor

This bonded magnet rotor integrates a multipole ring magnet with a precision rotor hub for use in motors, pumps and encoders.

Compression or injection bonded construction achieves tight concentricity, low vibration and stable magnetic performance. Custom pole counts, dimensions and shaft features are available.

With rich experience more than 20 years’ in industry, the team has strong capability of making molds, tools and fixtures from design to fabrication in own tooling house. Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
