Manufactured by Syris, this precision array-format fixture combines polished, nickel-plated stainless steel with FR4 composite material, engineered for high-volume semiconductor or component testing and handling applications.

Key Features:

• Material: Polished and nickel-plated stainless steel frame for excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life under repeated cycling; FR4 (glass-epoxy laminate) insert panel providing electrical insulation, dimensional stability, and light weight
• Surface Treatment: Mirror-polished and nickel-plated stainless steel surfaces reduce friction and particle generation while resisting oxidation and wear
• Design: Uniform multi-cavity array layout (13 x 8 matrix) with precisely machined square pockets for consistent, repeatable component seating across the full panel
• Precision Alignment: Multiple dowel pin holes along the perimeter ensure accurate registration and repeatable positioning during assembly, testing, or handling processes
• Construction: Two-piece laminated assembly — stainless steel top/bottom frame bonded or fastened to the FR4 core — combining structural rigidity with electrical insulation
