Product description

The rotary vibrating screen is a circular fine screening equipment with a small size that doesn't occupy much space. It is fully enclosed to prevent dust and leakage. The discharge angle can be adjusted, and it is suitable for production lines. The equipment operates smoothly with low noise. Changing the screen mesh and cleaning are convenient. It is made of 304/316 stainless steel, which is clean and corrosion-resistant. It can screen powder, particles, and slurries. It is mainly used in the chemical and food industries for impurity removal and classification.

Working principle

The rotary vibrating screen generates excitation force through the up-and-down eccentric heavy weights of the vibration motor, which drives the screen body to perform three-dimensional vibration in the vertical, horizontal and inclined directions. The materials are continuously thrown and rolled on the screen surface. Fine materials pass through the screen mesh to complete the screening process, while coarse materials remain on the screen surface and gradually exit. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, the vibration amplitude can be changed, thus meeting the screening requirements for various materials.
