The linear vibrating screen machine is a vibratory size sorting machine, electric vibrating motor drived, sizing/grading raw materials by different mesh size, and separating raw materials into different size fractions. It is mainly applicated to mineral, cereal,rubber recycle, chemical industries etc.
The excellent horizontal motors are used as the power source to make the material be sifted on the screen while moving forward in a straight line. It can be equipped with single or multi-layer screens to achieve grading, impurity removal, powder removal, inspection, washing, dehydration and other purposes.


The linear vibrating screen is powered by a vibration motor (with an eccentric block) that generates excitation force, which is transmitted to cause the screen box to oscillate back and forth in a straight line. After the material is sieved, it is transported longitudinally along the inclined screen surface, and at the same time, it is horizontally layered due to differences in particle size. Fine particles are sieved while coarse particles are retained. By matching vibration parameters and sieve holes, efficient classification and separation are achieved.
