Huayihai provides functional and electrical testing for assembled PCBAs, so quality problems are found before shipment — not in the field. Testing is built into the production flow: every board undergoes 100% electrical testing, while additional functional or reliability testing can be performed according to the agreed test plan.
Visual inspection confirms how a board looks; functional testing confirms how it behaves. Both can form part of the production quality workflow, depending on the requirements of the project.
Custom Manufacturing Only
We provide testing as part of custom PCB assembly according to customer Gerber files, BOM, and technical specifications. We do not supply ready-made or standard products.

Testing requirements at Huayihai are reviewed before production starts. Test points, fixture requirements, and acceptance criteria are confirmed according to the agreed test plan.
Key service elements include:
Functional and reliability testing fits assemblies where field failure is costly:
Q1: Is every board electrically tested?
Yes, 100% electrical testing is standard on every order.
Q2: What is the difference between flying probe and fixture testing?
Flying probe suits prototypes and low volumes without a dedicated fixture; fixture testing suits repeat programs with agreed test points.
Q3: Can you support reliability testing for my assemblies?
Yes. Environmental, mechanical, water-resistance, and burn-in / aging testing can be included when required by the project and agreed before production.
Q4: Who defines the pass criteria?
You do. We test against the criteria agreed in the test plan; we do not invent acceptance limits.
Q5: Are test records provided?
Yes, test documentation is provided with shipment.
