Core Structure

• Main Frame: Heavy-duty aluminum profile gantry. All loading heads can slide left and right along the crossbeam to adjust positions, adapting to different measuring points of single-seat / multi-seat sofas. It is equipped with a steel test platform at the bottom and anti-slip shock-absorbing foot pads.
• Loading execution unit: driven by pneumatic cylinders, equipped with pressure sensors. The configuration in the drawing includes 2 sets of sitting pressure modules (human bionic hip loading pads) + 2 sets of armrest/backrest lateral clamping indenters, with 4 working stations controlled independently.
• Pneumatic system: air source pressure regulating and filtering assembly, cylinders, air pipes, solenoid valves; air source pressure ranges from 0.4 to 0.8MPa.
• Control system: PLC + touch screen. The loading force, stroke, number of test cycles and pressure holding time of each working station can be set separately.
