Overview
An essential device for mixing, fine grinding, small sample
preparation, dispersion of nanomaterials, new product development
and small-batch production of high-tech materials. This product is
compact in size, fully functional, highly efficient and low in
noise. It is an ideal device for research institutions,
universities and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro-particle
research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in
each experiment). When equipped with a vacuum ball mill jar, it can
grind samples under vacuum conditions. It is widely applied in
departments such as geology, mineral resources, metallurgy,
electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical engineering,
light industry, medicine, beauty, and environmental protection. The
rotational speed, the alternating time of forward and reverse
rotation, and the total grinding time can be set according to the
process requirements.
Working Principle
The XQM series ball mills produced by Guangzhou Zoli Technology
Co., Ltd. are equipped with two to four ball grinding jars on the
same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball grinding jars
not only revolve around the turntable's axis but also rotate around
their own axes, performing planetary motion. The grinding balls in
the tank collide with each other during high-speed movement,
grinding and mixing the samples. This product can be used to grind
and mix products of different particle sizes and materials by both
dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground
product can reach 0.1 microns (i.e., 1.0*10mm ⁻ ⁴).

for the motor.
- The entire unit is equipped with a timed shutdown function,
automatic timing for forward and reverse rotation, and can freely
choose from unidirectional, alternating, continuous, timed and
irregular operation modes as needed, thereby enhancing grinding
efficiency.
- Four samples of different sizes and materials can be obtained
simultaneously in one experiment.
