1. Remark :

The EN ISO13823 single burning item tester (SBI) is used to determining the reaction to fire performance of construction products excluding floorings, the sample is placed on a moving cart under the exhaust system, and the combustion reaction of the specimen is automatically visible.

Specifications:

The test apparatus contains test room,control room,trolley, exhaust duct,data collection analysis device, gas supply control device.

Test room:

-L3000*W3000*H2400(MM),at the top of room connecting hood with sampling pipe and exhaust ducting,there is space for natural gas in-out blew the trolley.During testing,the combustion heat release of sample and combustion production can be discharged from exhaust duct.With brick building.

Fuel:

- Commercial propane gas, purity ≥95%.

Burner:

- Two identical 3.7±2KW propane right-angle sandbox burners, one of which is located on the bottom plate of the trolley (main burner), and the other is fixed on the frame column (auxiliary burner)

- There are gas sampling areas and pressure and temperature sampling areas in the exhaust pipe, which are used to install sampling pipes and sensors to sample and analyze the gas in the exhaust pipe.
