Scope of application
It is mainly applicable to hard plastics connected by rivets, bolts
or similar connection methods, to determine their ability to
withstand compression without yielding or loosening over time. It
is applicable to non-rigid plastics and determines their ability to
return to their original size over time after deformation.
Compliant with standards
It complies with the requirements of the test standard "ASTM D621
Test Method for Plastic Load Deformation".
Technical parameters
Loading form: Apply constant loads of 113kg, 227kg, and 454kg±1%
respectively to the two parallel pressure plates of the testing
machine. The pressure of these two plates can be adjusted so that
they can fully contact the sample before the load is applied.
Support: To ensure that the load is evenly distributed on the
surface of the specimen, one of the machine supports can be
adjusted to allow the load to pass through the centerline of the
