Durable Push Rod Drain Corrosion-Resistant Panoramic Borehole
Inspection Camera for Marine Geology Surveys
It is applicable to fields such as engineering geology,
hydrogeology, geological mineral exploration, mining departments,
concrete, pile foundation underground pipelines, and water wells.
The borehole inspection television is a primary equipment for
obtaining clear images in underwater environments in real time,
serving as a reliable assistant for well drilling, well repair, and
retrieval of objects fallen into wells, capable of transmitting the
conditions underground to the ground surface. Additionally, the
borehole inspection television can be widely applied to water well
inspections (such as detecting well wall damage, misalignment,
fractures, cavities, and objects fallen into wells), underwater
surveying, underwater operations, diving exploration, sewage
treatment, aquaculture, and other areas.

Safety Operating Procedures for Electric Winches
- The electric winch should be installed on a flat, solid surface
with good visibility. If the ground is slippery, ground anchors
must be used to ensure the winch is firmly secured to the ground,
preventing slippage caused by the counterforce generated when the
probe ascends or descends in the well.
- The centerline of the electric winch's guide pulley should be
vertical and overlap with the vertical centerline of the wellhead.
If a wellhead pulley is added at the wellhead, the distance between
the electric winch and the wellhead pulley should generally not
exceed 10 meters.
- Before commencing operations, inspect the cable for any damage.
Confirm that the winch's lifting direction is consistent with the
required operational direction. Ensure that both the forward and
reverse rotation of the wellhead pulley are smooth. The speed
control switch must be returned to its initial position before
starting the machine.
- After starting the machine, place the left hand on the start button
(to quickly press the stop button in case of an emergency). Slowly
rotate the speed control knob with the right hand to start the
winch smoothly. When stopping the machine, the speed control knob
must be returned to its initial position.
- Once the probe is inserted into the wellhead, the lowering and
retraction speed must not be excessive, not exceeding 3 meters per
minute. This prevents cable tangling.
- Method to zero the depth counter: Start the winch to slowly pull
out the probe and insert it into the wellhead. If the depth data
displayed on the screen is not zero at this point, press the "Zero"
button above the display to reset the displayed length to zero.
- The cable on the drum must be neatly arranged. During operations,
at least five turns of cable must be retained. No personnel are
allowed to cross over the electric winch cable during operations.
- During winch rotation, operators are strictly prohibited from
leaving their posts without authorization. The left hand must be
placed next to the start button, and the right hand must not leave
the speed control switch knob of the winch.
- In the event of a sudden power failure during operations,
immediately press the stop button, and return the speed control
knob to its initial position.
