Machine Structure & Bed: Fabricated from robust steel plates with a gantry-style welded construction. The entire bed and gantry undergo stress-relief processes, including tempering and vibration aging, followed by precision machining on a 5-face machining center. This ensures exceptional structural integrity, stability, and long-term accuracy, even during heavy-duty cutting operations.

Control System: Equipped with the reliable LNC (Lustre Numerical Control) Taiwan system. Known for its stability, rapid response, and user-friendly interface, it simplifies operation and enhances productivity.

Spindle & Tool Changer: Features a high-power 9KW ATC Spindle with a speed range of 18,000–24,000 RPM, providing significant cutting torque and high-speed capabilities. It is paired with a patented straight-line 12-tool magazine, the largest capacity in its class. The magazine utilizes high-quality PE material tool holders with a unique rear spring design, facilitating quick and reliable tool changes, ideal for mixed processing of cabinets and doors.

Drive System & Transmission: The X, Y, and Z axes are powered by 1.5KW Servo Motors matched with corresponding servo drives for precise movement. The X and Y axes employ 1.5 Module P&C Rack and Pinion drives, known for their durability, high speed, and accuracy, while the Z-axis uses a ball screw. Japan SHIMPO Reducers with helical planetary gear design further enhance precision and service life.

Guidance System: Utilizes high-rigidity 25mm Taiwan-made Linear Guideways, ensuring higher precision and durability for smooth and accurate linear motion.

Vacuum Table & Pump: The table features a patented zoned vacuum adsorption system with screw fixation, providing powerful and localized holding force to prevent movement of smaller workpieces. This is supported by a high-power 11KW vacuum pump.

Pressing Roller System: A key feature is the dual pressing roller mechanism, which uniformly applies pressure to the workpiece, ensuring dimensional accuracy during cutting and engraving while maintaining a flat surface.

Dust Collection: Includes a patented dust hood with excellent extraction efficiency, capable of removing dust even from cutting grooves. An optional four-sided air-blowing hood is available for near-dust-free cutting operations.

Electrical Components & Cabling: Major electrical components, such as contactors and relays, are from the reputable Chinese brand DELIXI, ensuring quality and easy replacement availability nationwide. The machine uses Hengtong high-flex shielded drag chain cables, suitable for varying climatic conditions. The drag chains are of an imported, layered, and separated wire type for easy troubleshooting.

Lubrication & Auxiliary Systems: A centralized automatic lubrication system delivers timed, quantitative oil to guideways and ball screws, prolonging the life of the transmission system. Key components like the Fulink Taiwan Inverter and control solenoid valves are centrally located on the gantry for easy access and maintenance. A path-following air blowing device ensures a clean and dust-free cutting path.
