Enerkey 3S-10S 40A (EK-BM3R10S40A) lithium battery protection board
is a safety protection solution tailored for multi-cell lithium
battery packs. Utilizing advanced circuit design and intelligent
management chips, it provides comprehensive and precise protection
for lithium battery packs, effectively extending battery life and
ensuring safe use.
Product Features
* Wide Range of Applications: Supports 3S to 10S lithium battery
packs, flexibly adapting to battery systems with different voltage
requirements. Perfectly compatible with electric bicycles, drones,
and energy storage devices.
* Multiple Protection Functions
* Overcharge Protection: When the battery charging voltage exceeds
a set threshold, the charging circuit is quickly cut off to prevent
overcharging and avoid dangers such as battery swelling, leakage,
or even explosion.
* Over-discharge Protection: Monitors the battery discharge voltage in real time. Once it falls below a safe value, the discharge circuit is immediately disconnected to protect the battery from over-discharge and maintain its healthy state.
* Overcurrent Protection: Accurately detects the charging and discharging current. If the current exceeds the rated range, the protection mechanism is activated instantly to prevent battery overheating and damage due to excessive current, ensuring circuit safety.

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of
technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad
position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire
should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired
terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective
plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the
protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise
it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in
advance and malfunction.
4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
