This product is an intelligent production line designed for
large-scale through-hole PCB board production scenarios,
integrating equipment such as board loading machines, board
separation machines, multiple AI through-hole machines, connection
stations, through-hole lines, nebulizers, wave soldering machines,
stud machines, AOI after the furnace, and fixtures under the board
removal machine. Adopting a full-process automated layout of "board
loading → board separation → multi-machine insertion → soldering →
inspection → material cutting", multiple AI insertion machines
achieve efficient and precise component insertion, wave soldering
completes large-scale soldering, and AOI after the furnace realizes
full inspection. Each link is linked through an intelligent control
system to meet the large-scale efficient production and quality
control requirements of through-hole type PCB boards.

The board loading machine and the board splitting machine are
compatible with multiple specifications of PCB boards, meeting

All the equipment along the line supports integration with the MES
system to achieve digital control of the production process.
