Product Description

The Petroleum Products Double-Tube Distillation Tester is designed and made as per the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T6536 "Test Methods for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products". It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, solvent having special boiling point, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate fuels, and other petroleum products.

This Distillation Instrument adopts double-unit type, so you can make test for one piece of sample, and you can make tests for two pieces of similar samples or different samples at the same time. It is much more efficient. It is the best choice for companies having more test tasks everyday.

Product Advantages

1.This Petroleum Products Distillation Apparatus is a double-tube working mode, which can be tested independently of a single tube or two samples of the same specification at the same time, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

3.The specimen heating is composed of two sets of independent control circuits, and the user can adjust the heating power of each set of control box according to different requirements.

Main technical characteristics

1.The electric controlling part is composed of two sets of controlling cases. You can adjust the heating power of each controlling case as your requirement.

2.The controlling case is made by cold rolling steel plate, and there is one at each side. There is an observation window in the front of each controlling case and there is a furnace in each controlling case. Put a distillation flask on the furnace during distillation. The electric controlling part is at the bottom of controlling case.

3.The electric furnace is composed of furnace base made by SiC, heater of 1300W/220 V, and SiC plate. By rotating the up and down knob (height adjustment knob), you can change the position of furnace to adjust the relative position of distillation flask and condensing tube. The heating power can be adjusted using the voltage adjustment knob.

4.The water bath is made by stainless steel. It contains heating, temperature measuring, and stirring device. The stirring device is composed of magnetic stirring wheel and stirring motor.

5.The dimension of condensing tube is made as per GB/T6536.
