The SH105D equilibrium low-temperature closed cup flash point meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese standard GB/T 5208 "Determination of Flash Point - Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method". This instrument also meets the requirements of ISO 3679 standard and is compatible with GB/T21775-2008 closed cup equilibrium method for determining flash point.

This instrument is based on advanced electronic temperature control instruments and is equipped with appropriate interface circuits to achieve automatic temperature control. The principle of low-temperature equilibrium method for closed flash point detection

Inject a specified volume of test sample into a test cup maintained at the expected flash point temperature of the test material. After a specified time, ignite and observe for any flash at different temperature points. Continue the test with a newly taken sample until the flash point is measured and the specified sensitivity is achieved.

This instrument is particularly suitable for testing the flash point of various paints, paints, adhesives, solvents, petroleum, and related products with a closed cup flash point within the range of -30 ℃ to+100 ℃.
