Installation and Usage instructions
Mechanical installation
Insert the NTAC-02 into the standard DIN rail;
Fix it with clips to prevent loosening.
Electrical connection
Connect the sensor to the front terminal block of the module;
Connect to a 12-36V DC power supply;
If analog output is required, connect to the AI module of the
control system;
If digital communication is required, connect to the corresponding
bus network.
Parameter configuration
Configure using the DTM (Device Type Manager) or FDT Frame
application;
Set the input type, range, unit, alarm threshold, etc.
Enable HART or fieldbus communication (if applicable).
Debugging and verification
Read the real-time temperature value through the HART controller or
the upper computer software.
Check the self-diagnostic information to confirm that there are no
abnormal alarms.
