1. Conventional Electric Models (BJVE-426-180, BJVE-450-260)
Technical Features:
Relatively simple structure, constant speed, and low maintenance costs. Suitable for projects requiring stable vibroflotation parameters and single operating scenarios.
Application Scenarios:
BJVE-426-180 (426mm diameter, 180kW power): Applicable to medium-scale foundation treatment projects, meeting the dual requirements of vibroflotation compaction and vibroflotation replacement stone column/gravel piles. Double lifting can be used for compaction construction, and the spacing between piles can be considered to be 3-4m, greatly increasing work efficiency.
BJVE-450-260 (450mm diameter, 260kW power): With its 26mm large amplitude and 440kN high centrifugal force, it is widely used in large-scale hydraulic fill sand vibroflotation compaction construction. During construction, the spacing between piles can be considered to be 4-5m, thereby reducing the number of piles and lowering construction costs.
2. Hydraulic Model (BJVH-350-150)
Technical Features:
