color-coated coils can be quickly transformed into products meeting
the needs of different scenarios after undergoing deep processing
techniques such as cutting, bending, and roll-forming. They have
become commonly used materials in construction, industry,
decoration and other fields, and their processing convenience and
application flexibility are widely recognized.
2: In the deep processing link, color-coated coils demonstrate
strong process adaptability. In the cutting process, relying on CNC
cutting equipment, color-coated coils can be accurately cut into
plates of different sizes according to requirements (minimum

Relying on the weather resistance of the coating (PE coating has a
weather resistance period of 5-8 years, and PVDF coating has a
weather resistance period of more than 15 years), they can resist
rainwater and ultraviolet erosion, reducing later maintenance

by cutting and bending are often used for electronic equipment

equipment is required for handling during deep processing, and a
single person can operate small processing tools; in the finished
product installation stage, whether it is the roof laying of
roll-formed tiles (a 3-person team can lay 300-500㎡ per day on
average) or the equipment assembly of bent parts, the construction
period can be significantly shortened. Compared with traditional
metal materials, the installation efficiency is improved by more
than 30%. At the same time, if replacement or transformation is
needed in the later stage, the deep-processed color-coated coil
products are easy to disassemble, and some products can also be
recycled and reused, taking into account both economy and
environmental protection.
