The XHSC-60Q Cable Fault Location Intelligent Bridge integrates
both the burn-through and intelligent bridge functions into one
device. In burn mode, it has a rated voltage of 60kV and a
short-circuit current of 600mA, which can swiftly convert a
high-resistance fault to a low-resistance fault. The intelligent
bridge operates at a rated current of 600mA, significantly
enhancing the accuracy of fault location. It is particularly
well-suited for insulation fault location in high voltage,
large-section, and long complex cable systems, such as in complex
high voltage cables with GIS terminals and cross interconnections.
Fault location can be completed quickly without the need to remove
the GIS switch or short-circuit cross interconnections.
The intelligent cable fault location bridge can be used to locate
all cable insulation and sheath faults except some short line
faults.
