• Prime the pump if it's a new bottle or hasn't been used in a while. Point the spray away from yourself and press down a few times until a fine mist appears.

• Head Position: Tilt your head slightly forward. Do not tilt your head back.

• Hand Technique: Use your opposite hand to administer the spray.

  • For your right nostril, use your left hand.

  • For your left nostril, use your right hand.

  • This helps angle the spray away from the sensitive nasal septum (the cartilage wall in the center of your nose) and towards the back of your head.
