Machine Introduction

It is used to measure the whiteness of the surface of the object, and the measurement result is displayed on the LCD screen.

Widely used in paper, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, ceramics, enamel, grain, building materials, paints, chemicals, salt and other production and commodity inspection departments that need to measure the whiteness of special objects. The instrument also measures the transparency, opacity, light scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of the paper.

The desktop whiteness meter (microcomputer type) is composed of a light source, an optical system, a detection system, a microcomputer data processing and display system, etc. The overall whiteness of the substance is R457. R457= Blue light whiteness R457+ fluorescence whitening F. The whiteness of an ideal surface with a spectral diffuse reflectance ratio of 1 is defined as 100, and the whiteness of an absolute black surface with a spectral diffuse reflectance ratio of 0 is defined as 0. Working principle

The desktop whiteness meter (microcomputer type) can be widely applied to the whiteness measurement of objects such as textile printing and dyeing, paint and coatings, chemical building materials, paper and paperboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamel, kaolin, talcum powder, starch, flour, salt, detergents, cosmetics, etc. The opacity of paper can be calculated through measurement. 1, determine the blue sample 457 - nm diffuse factor (R457), referred to as the "blu-ray R457" white 2, determine whether sample containing fluorescent whitening agent, and can determine the fluorescence emission of fluorescent whiteness value, known as "fluorescent whitening degree F" or "whitening degree F".

Notes for Attention

The desktop white balance instrument (microcomputer type) is a precision measuring instrument. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble it at will. Please read the user manual carefully before use.

1. The working environment should be free of corrosive gases and vibration sources.
2. There should be no strong light sources or strong magnetic field interference around.
3. The surrounding air should be dry and there should be no floating dust.
4. After the instrument is idle for a long time, the preheating time should be appropriately extended to improve stability.
5. The power supply voltage must meet the working conditions.
6. Do not drop the sample into the measuring cylinder to avoid being unable to zero.
7. Do not touch the optical components directly with your hands to avoid affecting the spectral characteristics.
8. Do not let the black cylinder and the working white board be contaminated to avoid affecting the accuracy.
