Application:

The SC1524 is specialized for one-color screen printing, tailored to various glass containers—including wine/beer/beverage bottles (suitable for curved/smooth surfaces), daily-use glasses, goblets (adapting to delicate rim structures), and oil filters.
It supports customized upgrades to three-color or four-color printing based on production needs, meeting diverse branding and decorative demands.
Widely applied in both domestic and global markets, the project features low initial investment and fast return on investment (typically realizing profits in a short production cycle), thus gaining recognition from numerous enterprises.

Features:

1. It uses a very simple technique to solve the problem of register without locating points. The key technique is to print with hot-melted, high-temperature glass ink and then cauterize it in a high-temperature oven so that the ink becomes one with the glass. The image is firm and the bottle can be washed repeatedly to prevent environmental pollution and save cost.

2. Innovative transmission system is very stable in transferring bottles, easy to change between different types of bottles and easy to operate.

3. Adopting PLC control and touch screen display, equipped with all kinds of monitoring system to ensure high speed and stable operation of the machine.

4. According to the product characteristics, the machine can be equipped with various functions such as automatic loading and unloading, no bottle no printing and so on.

5. All parts come from Germany, USA and Japan to ensure the machine quality and printing stability.

6. Support Chinese, English and Spanish languages.

7. Machine can be customized according to special products.
