The entire structure adopts full welding technology, which is
extremely solid, impact-resistant and non-deformable, eliminating
the risk of tilting during stacking.
The surface is treated with shot blasting for rust removal,
followed by either hot-dip galvanizing or electrostatic spraying,
ensuring moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and wear
resistance. It can perform well even in humid and dusty warehouse
environments, passing the salt spray test, and has a service life
of more than 8 years. This avoids frequent replacement, greatly
reducing equipment maintenance costs and losses. In addition, it
fully complies with the national standard GB/T 28576, with a static
load safety factor of not less than 1.2 and a dynamic load safety
factor of not less than 1.3. Each layer can bear 2000 to 3000
kilograms of goods, and it can be stably stacked up to 8 to 12
layers, making it ideal for storing heavy parts, steel and other
heavy items.
