The whole Rubber Powder Producing Machine consist of tyre ring cutter, tyre strip cutter, block cutter, press loop machine(alternative), cracker mill, fine rubber powder pulverizer, auxiliary equipments.

Though the Rubber Powder Producing Machine, firstly the waste tires will be crushed into small ones about 4cm, then use the rubber crushing machine (XKP400/450/560) to break the small rubber blocks into 5-6mm smaller parts. Then use the screening magnetic separator to separate the steel wire with smaller rubber parts totally.
