FM200 Cabinet Fire Suppression System is a pre-engineered, standalone clean agent fire protection solution using HFC-227ea (FM200) as the extinguishing agent. It is designed for small protected areas such as data centers, server rooms, electrical rooms, telecom rooms, control rooms, archives, and other valuable equipment spaces.

This FM200 cabinet system integrates the agent cylinder, solenoid actuator, high-pressure hose, and discharge nozzle into a compact cabinet. It features DC24V automatic activation and a rapid discharge time of less than 10 seconds, enabling fast and uniform total flooding fire suppression at the early stage of a fire to minimize equipment damage and downtime.

With a storage pressure of 2.5 MPa and filling capacities ranging from 40 kg to 180 kg, the system supports single-cabinet or dual-cabinet configurations. It can be flexibly selected according to the protected volume, making it suitable for different room sizes and space-limited installations without the need for complex piping networks.

FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a clean, non-conductive, and non-corrosive fire extinguishing agent that leaves no residue after discharge. It is safe for sensitive electronic equipment and allows rapid system recovery after fire suppression, making it ideal for data centers, server rooms, UPS battery rooms, transformer rooms, libraries, and archives.

The FM200 cabinet fire suppression unit can be integrated with fire alarm control systems for automatic detection, activation, and audible/visual alarms. Manual emergency release is also available. FM200 Cabinet System Components: The single-cabinet FM200 automatic fire extinguishing system consists of two main components: the fire extinguishing device and the electrical accessories. The fire extinguishing device includes a cabinet housing the fire extinguishing device, a gas cylinder for filling and storing the FM200, hoses, and solenoid valves. The electrical accessories detect and monitor the entire protected area and control the entire system, while also sounding evacuation alarms and preventing the spread of fire. The integrated two components effectively achieve automatic fire detection, monitoring, alarming, and extinguishing.
