Characteristics

1. The thickness of this machine can be freely adjusted to meet the cutting requirements of high-hardness materials such as peanut candies and nut pastries. The cut edges are smooth and free of burrs.

2. This machine is fully automated throughout the process, integrated with a PLC control system, to achieve synchronous completion of material conveying, leveling and cutting. The single-machine production capacity is as high as 500kg/h.

3.The cutting speed and pressure are automatically adjusted through servo drive technology to adapt to peanut products of different humidity and hardness.
