The IS200BICIH1ACA unit was manufactured and designed by General Electric and made to be a part of the GE Mark VI series.
The IS200BICIH1ADB is an interface card designed and manufactured by GE Industrial Systems for its Innovation Series, intended to be installed in an Innovation Series board rack. It features an artwork revision of "B," with a backwards-compatible functional revision "D" and a non-backwards-compatible functional revision "A." Available for global shipment, it comes with an extensive 3-year warranty.
Features:
Interfaces and Connections: Supports the I/O Interface and Operator Interface of the GE Innovation Series Turbine Control System. The front panel features three key connectors for drive functionality: PFBK1, PFBK2, and PSRC. Nineteen daughterboards (11 AOCA and 8 DVAA) are soldered onto the board.
Daughterboard Functions: AOCA daughterboards provide eight independent comparator circuits for comparing input voltage signals. DVAA daughterboards draw power and clock sources from the interface card, offering two VCO circuits and a pulse-train voltage-compatible output.
Software and Control: Processes analog current feedback via synchronous VCOs and includes two FPGAs (BRDG_10 and CELL_IO) with programmable logic, enabling interaction with the local DSP, DSPX board, and bridge control signals. It issues gating commands to IGCT gate driver power boards (e.g., IS200IGPA), with commands constrained by cell-specific minimum on/off times. Common commands include inner-outer timing and phase underlap.
