1. The butterfly valve features a simple structure, small size, light weight, low material consumption, compact installation dimensions, quick opening/closing with 90° reciprocating rotation, and low driving torque. It is used to cut off, connect, and regulate media in pipelines, offering excellent fluid control characteristics and tight sealing performance when closed.
2. Butterfly valves can transport slurry with minimal liquid accumulation at pipe openings. They achieve good sealing under low pressure and have superior regulating performance.

4. The valve stem adopts a through-rod structure, quenched and tempered to provide good comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and anti-galling performance. During opening/closing, the stem only rotates without lifting, preventing damage to the stem packing and ensuring reliable sealing. Fixed to the butterfly disc with taper pins, the extended end is designed to prevent ejection—avoiding stem protrusion in case of unexpected fracture at the stem-disc connection.
