Primary grinding: The disc mill is used for primary grinding. The blanched peanuts first enter the primary grinder. Under the action of spiral force, they fall into the limited size sand disc between the two discs and are ground by the high-speed rotating sand disc. The primary butter will flow into the storage tank and then pumped into the secondary grinder. The grinding fineness can reach 60-100 mesh. This storage tank must be able to operate 24 hours a day to avoid shutdown due to high temperature.
Secondary grinder: The secondary grinder is used for fine grinding, and the grinding fineness can reach 150-160 mesh
Mixing tank: This storage tank adopts a double-layer structure and has two functions: stirring and making the butter more uniform. In addition, it can also significantly reduce the temperature of the butter. This storage tank must be equipped with a thermometer to measure the temperature.
Cooling: The butter is pumped into the cooler through the pipe inside the cooler until it reaches the ideal temperature.
Freezer: It is the key part of the whole equipment. The temperature of butter from the second mill can reach 90-95 degrees Celsius. In order to reduce the temperature of butter by 30 degrees Celsius and make it ready for packaging, we must build a cooling system.
When the freezer is working, it will produce cooling water (the water temperature can be set). The cooling water will be divided into three ways: the first way provides cooling water for the mill, the second way provides cooling water for the mixing tank, and the third way provides cooling water for the chiller. The cooling water can be reused, so there will be no water loss. All connecting pipes in the cooling system are made of SUS304 material.
