Working Principle

The copper rice machine is a self-automated processing system that initiates real-time operational monitoring upon startup to ensure consistent performance. Requiring only single-pass feeding, the equipment integrates material feeding units, granulation crushers, chain-driven conveyors, air separation systems, vibratory screening beds, and dust extraction modules. Waste copper wires are fed onto the conveyor belt, where they are crushed into granular fragments before being sorted via an air-density separation mechanism, yielding high-purity copper pellets ("copper rice") and recycled plastic fractions.
