Bending and hardness testing for every batch of raw material to ensure alloy temper meets requirements

Aluminum Alloy Substrates

3003-H24

Composition: Al-Mn series (Mn 1.0-1.5%)
Advantages: Excellent formability (elongation ≥10%), better weather resistance than 5005, ideal for outdoor applications
Limitations: Moderate strength (tensile strength 145-195 MPa)

5005-H32

Composition: Al-Mg series (Mg 0.5-1.1%)
Advantages: Superior corrosion resistance (especially marine environments), more uniform anodizing results
