1. TWN grippers are designed with high precision and a multi-tooth straight-groove guiding mechanism, featuring permanent lubrication.

● Compact design enables reliable performance in short stroke and heavy-duty applications
● Force is evenly distributed across multiple surfaces to reduce contact stress
● Grease is applied faster and more uniformly across guiding components
● Long-lasting motion rigidity and precision are maintained
● Internal oil storage within the guide structure enhances operating lifespan

2. A variety of pneumatic and sensor interfaces are available for system integration.

Gripping force maintenance-AS/IS

  • TWN grippers support gripping force retention and can be upgraded to TWN-P-AS/IS types (AS: closing hold, IS: opening hold).

  • A spring serves as an energy backup, ensuring a minimum gripping force during pressure loss.

Dust-tight version

  • A sealed dust-tight version (TWN-SD) is available, with IP64 protection rating.

High-temperature version

  • The high-temperature model (TWN-P-HT) increases thermal tolerance from 5/90°C to 5/130°C.
