Candy counting machine is an automated device that accurately counts candies and other foods through photoelectric sensors and dispersing mechanical devices. It can efficiently and accurately complete tasks such as dispersing and counting candies, and send the counted candies into packaging bags or containers for packaging.
Main components
Material supply system: including vibrating discs, dispersing devices, etc., used for evenly dispersing candies.
Counting system: composed of photoelectric sensors, used for accurate counting of candies.
PLC control system: usually equipped with a touch screen operation interface for setting parameters, displaying counting results, and controlling equipment operation.
Kick off system: used in the production line for automatic detection and removal of non-conforming products.

• Discharge port vibration system: By vibrating to promote material flow, the vibration device will generate specific frequencies and amplitudes of vibration, making it easier for materials to pass through the discharge port and preventing material adhesion or accumulation.
Packaging system: Send the counted candies into packaging bags or containers and seal them.
