Customized Professional Hydraulic Explosion-Proof Hoist Supports Height/Load Adjustment
The technical characteristics of mine hoist designed and developed by Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory and Research Institute are:
(1) The use of integral, two-flap type, four-flap type of various types of drum;
(2) Drum rope groove adopts processing spiral rope groove, folding rope groove or wood lining and plastic lining pressed spiral rope groove, steel rope transition device is set between the ropes;
(3) Using cylinder rear disc brake, electro-hydraulic joint control; Hydraulic station can be divided into two types: middle and low pressure and middle and high pressure. There are two kinds of constant braking force electric delay and hydraulic delay two-stage brake in middle and low pressure hydraulic station; Middle and high pressure hydraulic station has two forms of constant deceleration and constant braking torque secondary braking. Hydraulic station can be equipped with pressure sensor, pressure relay;
(4) Spindle and drum are connected by plane friction with large torque;
Advantages of multi-rope friction type mine hoist:
(1) The load is borne by a number of wire rope, wire rope diameter is small, equipment size is small. That is, under the same diameter specification, the lifting capacity is large;
(2) The wire rope is put on the drum, not affected by the rope capacity, suitable for deep Wells;
(3) small inertia, small energy consumption under the same output;
(4) when the tank is stuck or overrolled, it can slip to avoid breaking the wire rope
Product technical features:
1. Good explosion-proof performance;
2. Stable stepless speed regulation performance and low-speed
operation performance;
3. Obvious energy-saving effect: Due to the use of hydraulic
closed-loop transmission, the system is always in a power
generation braking state under the lowering condition, so that the
gravitational potential energy is converted into electrical energy
to feed back to the power grid, which not only reduces the heating
of the hydraulic system, but also saves electrical energy, and the
energy-saving effect is obvious. Compared with the low-speed
hydraulic motor hydraulic winch, the hydraulic winch driven by the
high-speed hydraulic motor has high transmission efficiency and
good energy-saving effect.
4. Flexible technical parameters, reasonable matching, and large
selection space: The speed ratio parameters of the reducer can be
reasonably selected according to the load and speed, so that the
parameters of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor can be
optimally matched. The variable pump-variable motor speed
regulation method is adopted (the low-speed hydraulic motor
cannot), which can realize light-load high-speed and heavy-load
low-speed operation conditions, and give full play to the equipment
capacity. Compared with the low-speed hydraulic motor solution, the
pulling force or speed can be increased under the same power; and
under the same maximum pulling force and maximum speed, the
installed power can be reduced, which can save electrical energy.
