The KGD - MQ - 525 Online Gas Analysis System is designed for specific working conditions where the sample gas contains dust, moisture, and tar. It consists of three parts: the pretreatment unit, the control unit, and the gas analysis unit. Based on the non - dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, the system can continuously and simultaneously measure the volume concentrations and calorific values of gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, C2H2, C2H4, and CnHm in real - time. It is applied to the online gas monitoring of process points such as coke oven gas, high - coke gas, biomass gas, and gas holders, which helps improve gas utilization efficiency, save energy, reduce consumption, and ensure the safety of industrial sites.

Product Features

• Pretreatment Unit: Long service life and stable performance. Straight - tube or steam sampling probes can be selected according to different tar contents to effectively remove tar from the sample gas. A single - stage refrigerator is configured to remove moisture from the sample gas, and multi - stage filtration ensures the long - term online operation of the instrument.
• Control Unit: Fully automated detection with simple operation. It is controlled by a PLC program, which can automatically complete gas washing and sampling, and also has a fault self - inspection function.
• Gas Analysis Unit: Simultaneously measures gas volume concentration and calorific value. The Gasboard - 3100 (online type) gas analyzer with independent intellectual property rights is used for online gas analysis and detection. It can simultaneously measure the volume concentrations of multi - component gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, C2H2, C2H4, and CnHm, automatically calculate and display the calorific values of gas and biomass gas, and can replace the combustion - method calorific value instrument.
