Working principle

The large piece of material is immediately smashed, and the broken material flies up to the counter-attack plate at a high speed for a second collision and crushing. The materials collide with each other and are crushed; the materials are crushed in the first cavity and enter the second cavity for repeated crushing, and finally are filtered and rubbed by the discharge grate. Because the material layer is densely suspended in the crushing cavity, the material entering the crusher is shot into the dense material layer like a bullet hits a target. The cleavage and crushing of the crushed fine particles produce a violent "rubbing" and "grinding" to produce a large amount of fine powder, and finally the qualified fine powder is discharged through the grate slit. Since 70% to 80% of the crushing in the "stone-on-stone" crusher is caused by the collision between materials, the wear load of the hammer head and the lining plate is only 20% to 30% of that of the conventional crusher.
