Manufacturing process

(1) Melting and hot extrusion Melt the aluminum liquid according to the formula → Cast into ingots → Homogenization treatment to eliminate segregation. After heating the aluminum ingot to 450~500℃, hot extrusion is made into rods or tubes, and the initial flange blank shape is obtained through high-pressure plastic deformation.

(2) Precision machining Turning: Machining the center hole, internal thread (M22 standard), outer wall annular protrusion and groove. Key features: The internal thread depth must be guaranteed to be ≥8 times the pitch to prevent sealing failure; The annular groove is designed to accommodate the O-ring to improve the sealing reliability.

(3) Surface pretreatment Alkaline degreasing → Pickling → Deionized water cleaning to thoroughly remove oil and oxide layer to ensure brazing quality.

(4) Nocolok brazing connection The flange is aligned with the aluminum oil cooler core and the joint is coated with Al-Si brazing material (melting point 580~610℃) and fluoride brazing flux. Heat to 600~615℃ in a nitrogen-protected brazing furnace, the brazing material melts and fills the gap to form a metallurgical bond, and forms a sealed joint after cooling.
