Introduction

XHGX507C is a path detection instrument with strong comprehensive performance.
It has multiple functions such as pipeline path detection, cable identification, fault finding, etc. The instrument consists of a transmitter, a transmitting current clamp,
a receiver, a receiving flexible current clamp, a connecting test line, and an A-frame (optional).
The cable path tester can be used for path detection, pipeline census and depth measurement of metal pipelines and underground cables without excavation. The instrument uses a variety of filtering technologies, has anti-interference capabilities, can accurately locate and measure depth, and is suitable for the detection and patrol of various underground metal pipelines, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, and pipeline detection in power supply and other departments. It is one of the necessary instruments for pipeline maintenance units. This function is achieved by the cooperation of signal transmitters, receivers, signal transmitting clamps and connecting test lines.

1. Multiple detection modes: classic positioning mode, wire cruise mode, signal distortion measurement mode;
2. Classic positioning mode: compass, direction and signal amplitude display, intuitive display of the left and right directions of the pipeline.
3. Wire cruise mode: 360° all-round pipeline path indication, continuous display of depth, current and relative position of pipeline.

4. Signal distortion measurement mode: simultaneous display of peak and trough waveforms. In the distortion-free site, the peak and trough positions should be consistent, and the site shape should be symmetrical relative to the center line.
5. Current direction determination (partial frequency), can eliminate interference from adjacent lines and prevent tracking errors by calibrating the current direction.
6. Fully digital high-precision sampling and processing: stable and reliable, ultra-high sensitivity, extremely narrow receiving passband, strong anti-interference ability, and can fully suppress the power frequency and harmonic interference of adjacent running cables and pipelines.
7. Multiple detection frequencies: 11 active detection frequencies and 3 passive detection frequencies.
8. The transmitter has multiple signal output modes: direct output, caliper coupling, and induction method.
9. The transmitter has digital amplified power output, fully automatic impedance matching, and fully automatic protection.

Interference distanceWhen using the coupling method and the induction method, the transmitter will generate interference within a short distance. The minimum distance at which the receiver is not interfered by the transmitter often needs to be determined by experiment:
Pipeline detection: 5m away for the coupling method and 20m away for the induction method can be confirmed as no interference
Cable identification: 2~5m away for the coupling method can be confirmed as no interference
Cable identificationIdentification method: Intelligent identification by flexible clamps;

Calibration value: The current percentage of the receiving signal and the transmitting signal is between 75% and 135% of the calibration value, which is one of the conditions for successful identification;
