1.Question: How long does a new operator need for training?

- Answer: Patterns or prints may affect the test results because their materials and thickness may be different from those of the base fabric. If the printed part is relatively hard, it may accelerate the degree of friction during the abrasion test. It is recommended to try to avoid large - area complex patterns or printed parts when selecting the sample area, or conduct comparative tests on the patterned and non - patterned areas respectively.

3.Question: What will happen if the abradant is replaced during the test?

- Answer: Replacing the abradant midway will change the testing conditions, resulting in inaccurate results. Abradants have different wear - resistance properties, and the degree of friction on the sample will be different after replacement. If replacement is necessary, the test should be restarted, and detailed records should be made to explain the reason and situation of the replacement.
