Adjustable Slicing Head increases capacity with 12 cutting stations and offers tool-free knife changeovers to greatly reduce time and effort during switching over of heads. Jiuying Model TJ-400S to produce precise, uniform flat slices, V-cut slice, crinkle cut slice and strips cuts at high production capabilities up to 1000kg/h with excellent results. Products processed on the Model TJ-400S include potatoes for chips, shredded papaya, mushrooms, cabbage, lettuce, other vegetables/fruits, nut reductions for bakery ingredients, and pet food ingredients.
