User Manual

1. Verify elbow specifications (size, angle, pressure rating) match the piping system. Inspect for surface damage or contamination.

2. Clean pipes and elbow interior with lint-free cloth. Align connection faces precisely to prevent misalignment stress.

3. Welded Type: Use TIG welding with controlled heat input to avoid deformation.

Threaded Type: Apply sealant tape and tighten evenly to recommended torque.

4. Conduct post-installation pressure test (1.5x working pressure) to check for leakage.
