1. Generally, Razor Barbed Wire will be made into a coil, and then we use waterproof paper and woven bag for packaging. These coils can be directly loaded into container. Or, 10-20 coils will be compressed together with steel belts to make it stronger. In contrast, the loading quantity of compressed package is much more than what is in loose package.
2. Small Corrugated Box packaging, Razor Barbed Wire coils can be put into small pieces of paper boxes separately, this method is mainly used for supplying supermarkets or stores which directly facing the end users.
3. Corrugated Carton packaging, corrugated cartons can be customized according to customer requirements, and then 3-5 coils of razor wire are stacked into one carton, separated by cardboard in the middle.
4. Pallet packaging, compressed Razor Barbed Wire can also be packaged with plastic film, packing belt and pallet.

The production workshop of Concertina Barbed Wire occupies an area of 5,000 square meters, with 5 punching machines, 20 wire wrapping machines, 50 automatic pneumatic clip guns for clip installation, 6 workbenches for manual buckle. There are 68 workers in total, including 1 Warehouse Manager and 2 Quality Inspectors. In the process of production, quality inspectors will check on site to ensure the quality of products. 4. Flat loop concertina wire
   Flat loop concertina wire consists of individual loops of barb tape. Press the single coil razor wire into flat or press the two loops into flat and then expand them across. Flat warp concertina wire can be attached directly onto the top of an existing fence or gate. Flat loop concertina wire is ideal for use where topping needs to be flat against the fence without any overhang either side of the fence or boundary.
