The dissolved ozone concentration analyzer is a direct measurement of ozone content in ultrapure water or constant turbidity water using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The customizable version is HF, which can be used for 20% ozone aqueous solution. Materials in contact with ozone water include PTFE, FFPM, PFA, and quartz or sapphire. The UVOZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer is equipped with an inlet and outlet, and is equipped with a touch screen operation interface. The output is directly connected to the PLC with 4-20mA and RS-485 signal lines.
The dissolved ozone concentration analyzer has an automatic adjustment system function with a UV light source, which can adjust the brightness of the UV LED light source in real-time according to the reference light data to maintain constant zero point data, ensuring the stability of the zero point. It is a patented product of our company. This ozone analyzer can operate continuously without stopping for 24 hours. The superior stability of this ozone concentration analyzer is achieved through the use of a true dual beam optical system and an extremely long-lived ultraviolet LED light source.

Test method: Dual path UV absorption method, long-life light source system, high measurement accuracy.
Measurement principle: According to the Lambert Beer law, precise measurement is carried out through the principle of photometric absorption.
Measurement range: 0-20ppm; 0-50ppm; 0-100ppm; 0-120ppm; 0-180ppm; 0-200ppm.
Light source system: Foreign long-life ultraviolet light source system (wavelength 253.7nm), with a free warranty of 3 years.
Usage: Indoor installation and use, equipped with waterproof aviation plug terminals.
Light pool system: Separate light pool technology, leak free, high pressure resistance, and resistance to high flow rate sampling liquid impact.
Intelligent compensation: equipped with automatic zero adjustment and automatic light source compensation function.
Operation method: It can be manually zeroed, and during zeroing, it is necessary to ensure that there is no ozone aqueous solution in the instrument.
