This transformer can be safely placed in locations where people are present. Enclosures are tamper resistant and are constructed of heavy gauge sheet steel and then powder painted with a baked on coating. Access can be made only through pad locked doors and all doors have welded hinges. Doors and panels are reinforced with formed edges to discourage forced entry. Voltage adjustment taps are accessible through a pad lockable rear access door.
