Working principle

Vacuum system
The placement machine is equipped with a vacuum pump inside, which can generate a strong negative pressure.
The nozzle is connected to the vacuum pump through a pipeline to form a vacuum negative pressure system.

Nozzle structure
The nozzle consists of a nozzle head, a gasket, a nozzle cover and other components.
The central hole of the nozzle head is connected to the vacuum system to generate negative pressure.

Suction process
When the nozzle head is close to the component, the negative pressure will absorb the component.
The gasket and the nozzle cover can seal the nozzle head to prevent gas leakage.

Placement process
After the component is absorbed, the placement machine will move it accurately to the specified position.
During placement, the negative pressure will keep the component firmly absorbed.
After the placement is completed, the negative pressure will be released and the component will be easily released.
